Many of the pieces offered by The Roya Collective are vintage, thrifted, previously owned, or uniquely sourced. These pieces may naturally have signs of age, previous wear, or other imperfections that contribute to their character.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and photograph notable flaws, wear, or imperfections. Please carefully review the photos, description, measurements, and condition notes before purchasing.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

We do our best to keep pricing and inventory information accurate. However, occasional errors may occur.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

If we discover an obvious pricing, inventory, or listing error after an order has been placed, we may contact you to discuss the error. If we are unable to fulfill the order as advertised, we may cancel the affected order and provide a full refund of any amount paid for that order.

Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity, an item may sell out before an order can be processed.

Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed.

Once an order has been submitted, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been placed.

The Roya Collective reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory errors, obvious pricing errors, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the canceled order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping and delivery are subject to the terms outlined in that policy.

RETURNS & FINAL-SALE ITEMS

Eligible items may be returned within the time period and under the conditions described in that policy.

Vintage, thrifted, and clearance items are final sale unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing.
